You must maintain accurate account information. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Use Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

Use the Services for unlawful purposes
Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code
Disrupt networks or degrade performance
Transmit malicious code
Access data you are not authorized to access
Violate laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Services, software, content and trademarks belong to SOCFORTRESS LLC or licensors. Feedback submitted by you may be used without obligation.

6. Subscriptions, Fees and Billing

Subscriptions billed via Stripe
Professional services invoiced via QuickBooks
Fees are non-refundable unless stated
Taxes are your responsibility
We may update pricing with notice

7. Term, Renewal and Termination

Subscriptions renew automatically unless otherwise specified
Cancellation must follow our cancellation policy
After termination, access ends and data may be deleted per retention policy

8. Customer Data; Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your Customer Data. You grant SOCFORTRESS a limited license to process it solely to provide Services.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to safeguard Confidential Information. Exceptions apply to public, previously known, independently developed, or legally required disclosures.

10. Warranty and Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” and without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

SOCFORTRESS’s liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify SOCFORTRESS from claims relating to:

Misuse of Services
Your Customer Data
Unauthorized integrations or violations of law

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governed by Texas law
Disputes resolved in Travis County, Texas
Good-faith negotiations for 30 days before litigation

14. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms with notice. Continued use indicates acceptance.

15. Miscellaneous

If any provision is invalid, others remain in effect
You may not assign rights without consent
